The Vibe Map is one of Goava's most powerful features. It lets you see the energy of your city in real-time, showing events, gatherings, and vibes happening all around you.
What is the Vibe Map?
Think of the Vibe Map as a living, breathing view of your city's social scene:
Real-time events displayed on an interactive map
Color-coded pins showing different types of activities
Live updates as new events pop up
Heat zones indicating where the energy is highest
Accessing the Vibe Map
Open Goava and tap the **Explore** tab
Select the **Map View** icon at the top
Allow location permissions for the best experience
Start exploring what's happening around you!
Understanding Map Icons
Pin Colors:
🔴 **Red pins**: High-energy events (parties, concerts)
🟠 **Orange pins**: Social gatherings (meetups, hangouts)
🟢 **Green pins**: Outdoor activities (sports, nature)
🔵 **Blue pins**: Chill vibes (coffee meetups, study groups)
🟣 **Purple pins**: Creative events (art, music, workshops)
Map Features
Zoom & Navigate:
Pinch to zoom in and out
Drag to explore different areas
Tap the location button to center on your position
Filter Events:
Filter by category, time, or vibe level
Show only events from your connections
Toggle between "Now" and "Upcoming" views
Event Preview:
Tap any pin to see a quick preview
See event name, time, and attendee count

Vibe Intensity
The map shows "heat zones" where activity is concentrated:
Bright areas: Lots happening right now
Dim areas: Quieter zones, fewer events
