Managing Your Goava Events

Once your event is created, here's how to manage it effectively.

Editing Event Details

You can edit your event anytime before it starts:

Go to **Profile > My Events**

Select the event you want to edit

Tap **Edit Event**

Make your changes and save

Note: Major changes (date, time, location) will notify all attendees.

Managing Attendees

Viewing Attendees:

See who's coming, maybe, or on the waitlist

View attendee profiles

Check attendance after the event

Communication:

Send announcements to all attendees

Answer questions in the event chat

Send reminders before the event

Approval Mode:

Review and approve/deny RSVP requests

Set criteria for acceptance

Handling Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event:

1.

Go to your event page

2.

Tap **More Options (...)** > **Cancel Event**

3.

Select a reason

4.

Confirm cancellation

Important:

All attendees will be notified automatically

Refunds are processed for ticketed events

Consider offering to reschedule instead

After the Event

Thank attendees

Share photos and moments

Review feedback and ratings
